What Lent Log Is
Lent Log is a personal check-in and community sharing app for Lent reflection and habit-building. It is open to people of faith and people simply looking for positive action and accountability. It is provided as-is and does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
Technology and Services Used
This app uses:
- Static web pages (Jekyll-style static site) and vanilla JavaScript on the client.
- Browser local storage for local-first data caching.
- Supabase for authentication, database storage, and public feed data.
- Email magic-link sign-in through Supabase Auth (as configured by the site operator).
User Accounts and Access
You are responsible for access to your email account and any device where you use this app. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private data, or interfere with service availability.
Content You Submit
You keep ownership of your content. By posting to the communal feed, you grant the app operator a non-exclusive right to display and distribute that content inside the app.
Do not post unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or private information about others.
Public Feed
Public feed content is visible to other users. This includes shared daily logs (when enabled), support posts, and comments/replies on public posts. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information.
Service Availability and Changes
The app may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. The operator may moderate, hide, or remove feed content and may suspend abusive use.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the app and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
